Possibly the best and real good stay in town for my mom funeral. A wide array of food available in the lobby. The rooms with a nice decor. Staff was top-class and helpful, and facilities were clean nice here.

Great stay, breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and informative and very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The hotel had a modern look and feel which we really liked. The hotel had a fair price and was easy to book. We also appreciated the updates from the staff when we had a problem with our room door.

Our room door would not open after breakfast, and even the master key didn't work. It took over an hour and multiple phone calls to finally get back into our room.

Totally good stay in town for my mom funeral. Overall clean hotel with exceptionally nice and perfect location in Jackson really close to the hockey arena, goods are outrageous to buy from there, and restaurants and downtown jackson.

The stay was absolutely very very good. Everything about this brand-new hotel was great. Impressive rooms and kind staff - we liked it. The bed was great here.
